In Field Observations
The Knowledge Transfer Study is a powerful tool that helps pharmaceutical companies evaluate the effectiveness of their Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) in transferring knowledge to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
The study is conducted through a combination of real-world observations by BESTMSLs observers via Zoom/Teams, and remote monitoring via video calls with Team Leaders (TLs). The study evaluates the performance of MSLs, providing individualized reports that include both qualitative and quantitative feedback. The scalability of the study allows for a flexible number of observations, ensuring that the results are accurate and representative of the MSL's performance over time. By conducting the Knowledge Transfer Study, pharmaceutical companies can improve the effectiveness of their MSLs in transferring knowledge to KOLs, ultimately leading to better patient outcomes.
